It means it’s time for warm socks, hot cocoa and lots of books! Oh it’s almost time for snow!

The library is decorated for the Christmas season! We have lots and lots of decorations both in Circulation and in Youth Services!

The Teen/Young Adult section has a new display! “Warm Up with a Good Book!” The books in this display are a mix of classics like Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury and popular books from the likes of John Green, Maria Lu, and  Tolkien. Come take a look, this display will be up until late January/early February.

Circulation is very festive this time of year, we have a Christmas Tree made out of books! It took us almost a year to collect all of them! We also have poinsettias hanging above the circulation desk and handmade paper lights on the windows. Up on the second floor we have a Christmas Village on display and it is quite cute!

Youth Services is holding a Holiday Open House. Celebrate the season in style! Seasonal stories, crafts, games, holiday music, refreshments, and a surprise guest! Do a little early holiday shopping at our Book sale table (proceeds benefit the Friends of the Library)! No Registration! All Ages Welcome! 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
